Views were great. Lots of nice spots to see.

Rather noisy outside with cars & trams pass g by on busy road. Need to have doors closed to muffle sound.

Price an duplication was close to the team station

You are supplied with 2 towels the entire time but you have a washing machine and drier supplies free of charge

Good location next to tram stop. Good pool.

Could provide 2 towels per person instead of 1 without extra cost, given that there is a pool.

The tiles in the apartment were very clean and looked fairly new. Even though the kitchen is very old and needs to be replaced, the apartment itself was very clean. The airconditioning was great.

The apartment was very clean but kitchen was old and cupboard doors wouldn't open because of moisture. The bathroom was a bit mouldy in places which was not pleasant. I had to wash the cutlery in the drawer every time I needed to use something because it was dirty. The toaster and kettle need to be replaced.

when I was with the kids at the pool my 2yo son was playing with decorative pebbles and threw some of them into the pool. then a guy who called himself a manager ( older guy with accent, he looked like a maintenance guy) came up to us and started shouting at me that I should clean it up immediately. He was standing over me and he was intimidating me ( I'm a woman!)Shocked by the situation I started recording the whole incident. the manager said he would cancel our reservation and began to curse. he was standing over us and shouting at my son who was trying to touch the pool chair. i understand that my son shouldn't play with pebbles but that's not the way to communicate with hotel guests! I wanted to change hotel but unfortunately it was a weekend during a school holidays and I couldn't find another place. The menager never apologized. Few days later I saw a girl with huge furry dog. The dog was running loose around the pool, was swimming in it and defecated next to the pool!kitchen equipment is poor. too few cutlery, only 2 glasses, 3 plates. I returned to a reception the pot which was burnt and Teflon was peeling away from it. For 5 days of my stay, I didn't get the pot and I had to throw away the food, unable to cook for my children. bathtub very dirty. when the window was opened there was a smell of cigarettes all the time. crib broken, another one was brought which smelled of mold.I was a regular guest of this facility due to the low price and good location but after my last stay I advise to not stay at ipanema. that's not how customers should be treated. disgusting place and abusive 'menager'. You lost your regular guest.

The location was good close to trams and buses. Nice views and close to beaches. plenty of parking in lockup area.Nice pool and spar and bbq area.

The room was a little run down, kitchen cupboard door didn't close, and the apartment needed a freshen up.eg paint work and the tiles in the bathroom mouldy in the grate, furniture a bit worn and old eg. dinning table and coffee.

The pool area is beautiful, the spa is old but great jets and a joy to sit in. The location and outlook,car parking, staff all were great.

Beds were very old and uncomfortable. I had to buy a mattress topper after first night. Bedside table was vinyl coated, warped and pitted and needs to be replaced along with the 20 year old beds.

I liked the location I also loved the pool & receptionist was a lovely lady.

I didn’t like how there were two rooms within the one door! The dryer didn’t properly! The bed wasn’t comfortable.Not enough pillows.The aircon wasn’t working but they advised me about that but I emailed two weeks before my stay that I’d love a room with aircon and when I got there I was in a room with no aircon. But overall it’s passable.

Good location. Foyer, pool area very nice and good carpark.

We checked in on 24 October 2020 for two nights in unit 703 and were very disappointed. Unfortunately we could not change units are the hotel was fully booked. The unit had a bad smell, was very dirty, furniture, carpet and floor slimy and sticky. The furniture was very old with peeling vinyl. Lots of dust behind the bed. Bad unattended mould in the bathroom with a dirty ripped shower curtain. Bedroom curtains dirty and stained. Fridge had one shelf. Overall extremely disappointing. Do not book room 703.
